The details and prices of the tickets that you purchase will be shown on the website at the time of purchase, and prices are inclusive of tax. A £1 booking fee will apply to each booking made. We accept most major credit and debit cards in partnership with our payment gateway. Lappa Valley reserves the right to refuse admission to any ticket holder and, in the interest of safety, we also reserve the right to ask guests to leave the park at any time. Furthermore, Lappa Valley reserves the right to alter, remove, or cancel any advertised services or products at any time, without notice. This may include substituting diesel locomotives for steam on the 15” gauge railway.
The Annual Pass is valid for 12 calendar months from the date of purchase and is valid for admission to Lappa Valley on standard days for the named person on the pass. The card will display a photograph which must be a true likeness of the named person on the card. If purchasing online, a photo will need to be uploaded, and if the photo uploaded is not of sufficient quality to identify the named person, entry may be denied until a new photo is provided. Sharing of passes is not permitted, and any misuse of the Annual Pass will result in cancellation without refund or compensation. This pass is not valid for special events, including Christmas, children’s character events, and firework nights, and must be presented to gain entry to Lappa Valley. Supporting ID may be required. Please be advised that the 'winter season' commences in October and runs through until the end of March, during which Lappa Valley will only be open on selected days, and not all areas of the park will be open. By purchasing an Annual Pass, you agree that you have read and understood the terms and conditions. Annual Passes are strictly non-transferable and subject to the same rules and regulations as all visitors of Lappa Valley. In purchasing a child Annual Pass, consent is given for a photograph of the child to be taken and retained for identity purposes. Once your order is complete, a booking reference with a unique bar-code and number will be automatically sent to your email address. Possession of this booking reference will be regarded as proof of purchase and will entitle you to the items purchased. Before entry, we may request the name of the person who booked the tickets, or proof of identity for security reasons. Please note that tickets purchased are only valid for the date they are booked for, as per your booking confirmation. Additionally, tickets purchased online cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Our tickets are not for re-sale and are non-refundable. We cannot provide refunds for tickets due to adverse weather conditions. Tickets that are not redeemed on their booked date will automatically expire and will not automatically qualify for a transfer request. We reserve the right to refuse any order for E-vouchers or tickets should it be necessary for any reason.
Children under the age of 16 years old are not permitted entry into Lappa Valley without an adult and must be supervised by an adult at all times. Babes in arms are free of charge but must still be added when purchasing tickets. Additionally, in purchasing a child Annual Pass, consent is given for a photograph of the child to be taken and retained for identity purposes.
